Custom Orders
● All garments are made to the measurements, design selections, and specifications approved by the client.
● Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and reviewing all design details before production begins.
● Once production has started, changes may result in additional fees and may extend the completion timeline.
Payments
● A deposit or full payment is required before work begins.
● Payments are non-refundable and secure your production slot.
No Refund Policy
● Due to the personalized nature of custom garments, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued after an order has been placed or production has begun.
● Refunds will not be provided for changes in personal preference, event cancellations, weight fluctuations, or incorrect measurements submitted by the client.
Alterations
● Minor alterations may be offered at the designer’s discretion. Additional alteration fees may apply depending on the requested changes.

By placing an order with The Ja’net Collection, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in its entirety.
